Measuring Tips:

Measurements do not include the over-the-belly band. Hip measurements are taken from the back of the skirt 8" below the waistband. It may be helpful to measure a piece of clothing you already own and compare measurements before ordering!

Typically runs true to size.

This skirt has to be one of the most comfortable maternity skirts I’ve ever worn

I sized up because of other reviews. I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and am normally a small or extra small, so I got a medium. It is a little big on me, but I’m assuming will fit nicely once I’m further along. I’m 5ft 3 and it hits me about an inch below the knee.

Update: I’m 30 weeks and I feel like the bottom fits me well but the maternity band part feels restricting on my belly, and hard to move around in. Obviously I’m 30 weeks and a lot bigger than I was when I first tried it on. I was hoping since I sized up that it would fit longer.

No stretch

This is a nice denim maternity skirt. But there is no stretch at all to the denim material. Had to take the stretch panel in on the sides several inches so it would stay up and wore the last couple months of pregnancy. I opened up the back seam at the hem and added a slit to make easier to wear with the length. Would definitely recommend you consider making with a back walking slit. Ok skirt needs some stretch to the denim.

Sizing didn’t work for me

The quality of both the denim and the belly band seem good. I appreciate that there aren’t front seams on the belly band. And the length is great, even when sitting.

As with the Alanna, I ordered up in the Everlee according to the measurements on the size chart and the recommendation with the chart. However, the hip measurement of the size 18 skirt I received is 48”, rather than the listed 46” (measured 8” down from the waist, as the size-chart notes state). From there down to the hem the skirt is too loose. The top of the belly band is also too loose, so perhaps my normal size would have fit properly.

I don’t like the intense wear marks on the front and back (much more visible than in the product images).
